BIENVENIDOS FRESHERS: OFFICIAL WELCOME PARTY- KNUST MSA

 

The Medical Students Association (MSA) of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) organized a Freshers’ Party “BIENVENIDOS 2023” on Friday, 27th of January. This party was  to officially welcome the Class of 2028. The purpose of the Freshers Party was to make every new student feel connected to the KNUST MSA family and be ready to take on the challenges of the year ahead.

It was an occasion of extreme joy. Jovial smiles and high spirits marked the welcome party for the new students and this was born out of the interesting activities that took place. Notable among these activities were: Karaoke, Jams, a Dance performance by the Face of HESA winners. There were also 5 interesting rounds of speed dating, a musical performance by Skygee and Neizer (4th year medical students at KNUST), and Rap battle.

BIENVENIDOS ‘23 was proudly sponsored by Marie Stopes, a network of professionals providing sexual and reproductive services. They also gave out free condoms…better safe than sorry!

The theme colors were Black and Gold.

The party was organized at the Pharmacy Lecture Hall 3. It manifested youthfulness and enthusiasm at its best.
